Hello everyone! LTL, FTP, yada yada.
I started my weight loss journey a year ago at 185lbs. I'm currently 145lbs. I'm 5'5 for reference. I kept falling off the wagon and getting back on it. Kept trying fad diets and kept failing. What finally worked for me was just straight up working out and CICO. I do a mix of cardio and weight lifting 5 days a week, which I have to for my job so it keeps me motivated. I also weigh everything I eat so that I can be 100% correct on my calorie input.
I keep to a strict 1,100-1,200 calories a day. My main issue was/is sugar. I need something sweet after both lunch and dinner or I feel insane. But I found a trick that works for me. I've been buying keto chocolate bars from Amazon. At first I was scared to try it but they are actually really good.
One thing I need to work on is my middle. I hate the way it looks and it's probably just me being super critical of myself. I can hardly tell a difference between my stomach in both photos.
