Keto Meal Ideas: Low Carb Life Made Easy :)

If you’re participating in the Summer Low Carb Challenge it’s time for the Week 7 Weigh-In in our private Facebook group, or leave a comment here on this post with your total pounds lost since June 25th.

Keto SnacksI had a very relaxed weekend with my low carb meals, but my food diaries – my macros and carb counts – still came out pretty good.

For some reason I was craving “junk food” so I just ate whatever I was craving, that was low carb of course. 😉

Below are four full days of MyFitnessPal Logs and a photo tour of all my meals each day. As you’ll see it was all super easy meals and delicious comfort foods the last few days!

You’ll notice there’s a Net Carbs column in my MFP logs. See:

You can browse through past keto food diaries here. Here’s what I’ve been eating since Friday…

My Low Carb Meals on Friday

I got up on Friday morning and made another Blueberry Egg Loaf. I had a NUSH Foods low carb peanut butter snack cake with coffee earlier that morning.

I fried two pieces of the Egg Loaf in butter, and drizzled ChocZero Vanilla Syrup over them for breakfast. DELICIOUS. 🙂

I had a third piece of the Blueberry Egg Loaf later in the afternoon, which I just ate plain because I was busy but hungry. 😉

Then for dinner I made the Keto Pepperoni Pizza that I mentioned in my last post, with the Outer Aisle Gourmet Cauliflower Crust and the Pepperoni Pizza Jerky.

I ate the entire pizza, dipped in ranch – which was SO good! 🙂

My Low Carb Meals on Saturday

I finished the last serving of Blueberry Egg Loaf for breakfast, just plain with coffee. It’s better fried in butter, but it’s nice to have something to just grab & eat first thing in the morning!

By late morning I made some cheesy eggs: 3 eggs scrambled with colby jack cheese.

I went to the river for the afternoon, and has two of the FBOMB Salted Chocolate Macadamia fat packs for lunch. Those are AMAZING. 😯

FBOMB Keto Nut Butter LCHF Fat Packs

I have several “fat packs” of different brands and different flavors but the FBOMB is the absolute best so far. I’m still comparing them, so I’ll keep you posted – but I’m hooked on these! 😉

For dinner I ordered delivery from a local bistro, my favorite meal:

A huge half pound hamburger steak with roasted vegetables. I dipped the meat & veggies in ranch too. Yum!

Later that night I had one of the FatFit.Go Tropical Margarita nut butter fat packs too. The “lime nut butter” is odd but strangely addictive lol.

My Low Carb Meals on Sunday

The delivery I got on Saturday night was actually two meals.

That’s my idea of low carb grocery shopping. 🙂

Low Carb Take-Out - Keto Restaurant Ideas

There was a side salad that came with my meal, which is just fresh romaine & mozzarella – a side caesar with no croutons, and ranch on the side instead of caesar dressing (just preference).

I also ordered a Turkey Spinach Wrap – without the wrap. It’s a lot more food than it might look like: a full 3.5 ounces of roasted turkey. They always hook me up. 🙂

Anyway, for breakfast on Sunday I combined both into a BIG salad. This is a serving bowl – not a cereal bowl, lol.

There was lots of romaine, spinach, all the turkey, mozzarella and just a bit of tomato. I had the ranch, grabbed the Sea Salt Pecans that came in my Keto Krate this month, and sliced some colby jack cheese off the block.

The salad was VERY filling so I ended up having the cheese & Front Porch Pecans for lunch – along with another Tropical Margarita FatFit.GO nut butter packet.

I made another Pepperoni Keto Pizza on Sunday night, and dipped it in ranch again. 🙂

I think I was up until like 3am so it was a LONG day. I had two more fat packs late that night, and ended up with almost 30 net carbs for the day… but it was literally a 20+ hour day. 😉

My Low Carb Meals on Monday

I got up and made a BIG plate of eggs, scrambling FIVE eggs because I knew it was going to be a super busy work day and that would get me through two meals.

I scrambled them in real butter with colby jack cheese as usual, and ate about 3 eggs for breakfast then finished the rest later.

In the afternoon I snacked on the rest of the Front Porch Pecans that came in the August Keto Krate box, and had two more of the FatFit.GO fat packs. Those are addictive – obviously. 😛

Keto Snacks for Easy Low Carb Daily Life

For dinner last night: Keto Cheese Sticks. 🙂

I made them using the Outer Aisle Gourmet Sandwich Thins. Delicious!

Slim is my great dane, and he’s really getting up in years. He’s had a few rough days recently so I’ve been sticking close to home and keeping an eye on him. It’s just age and inflammation, but I’ve doubled his anti-inflammatory chew and he has finally perked back up to his usual silly self! 🙂

Like I said, I wasn’t even really watching my macros that much over the weekend or for the last few days. And for some reason I was just craving “junk food” like pizza and chocolate and cheese sticks.

Fortunately I could have all that and still “keep it keto.” 😉

I’m surprised my net carb counts and macros still came out so reasonable, because I had a very relaxed weekend of simply eating what I wanted when I wanted. Surprised, but pleased!
