Plateau after some mild weight loss.

Just as the title says. Accomplished about 11 lbs of weight loss in 2 months. All of August and most of July I’ve been stuck in a rut. I’m not gaining but I’m also not losing. I’m 40% of my goal, I have another 26 lbs to go. My currently plan (as it has been at the beginning of the summer) is eat a ton of lean protein and veggies and hit the carbs after I’m full. This plan has mostly worked out aside from this rut. I do a little body weight excerise 2-3x a week and I work nights so I’m on my feet 14-15 hour shifts. If you any any advice for getting through ruts/plateaus I’d be happy to hear it.

If not that’s fine too. This is more a shout out to everyone else struggling through plateaus. You can make it!
