I started my fitness journey about September 2015 and didn't get serious until January of 2016!
When I started in September, I was going to the gym 6 days a week and using the machines and eventually fell off the wagon. Then in January 2016 I made an actual plan. I started lifting 5 days a week and incorporating more cardio in the form of walking.
As of the last few months I am still lifting but I switched to free weights 3 times a week and I run 5 times a week now (although not that well lol). On the 3 days I lift weights I try to run about 30 minutes (2.25 miles) and on my days I do only cardio it's about 45 minutes (3.25 miles). I'm kind of bored of my current routine so I've been doing yoga every now and again to switch it up and I've taken a small break from weights. I think I want a bike now.
As for dieting, I'm not great about it but I try to keep my calories between 1400-1600 a day.
My goal weight is 150-160 range.
