It's strange. When I look in the mirror, I can't see any difference, but people have told me I lost weight. I started at about 250 and am about 20 lbs down. I want to hit 180 and then begin to focus on lifting instead of just cardio and dieting. I guess they aren't bullshitting because I haven't told anybody that I'm on a diet. I definitely feel better, have so much more energy, and don't always feel like crap – but I'd like to see that visual change. Obviously I'm going to keep going and hopefully see that change soon!
Has anybody else felt like this? I probably should have taken a picture when I first started and then take another every month in so that I can see the visual change that I went through so that I know that my body is actually changing!
